I stayed at the Courtyard for a few days and enjoyed the overall experience. The hotel has a cozy suburban feel and is conveniently located near Potomac Mills Mall and various restaurants. The friendly staff, especially Catie, Delva, and the manager Richard, made my stay pleasant. However, the room's distance from the elevator was a bit inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were not only nice and large but also super clean. It was a pleasant surprise to find such gorgeous and relaxing rooms, down to the last detail. Although there was a small hiccup with the room service, overall, a truly enjoyable experience.

The service was impeccable, with reception being very welcoming and the staff courteous and professional. The location was ideal, close to many restaurants and stores yet quiet with a view of Residence Inn. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a variety of options for a reasonable price. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
